Just a short note to anyone in the housing market. My name is Steven A. I met Dick Uy and made a commitment to purchase a home through his direct efforts on my behalf on the same day.
I met Dick on my first (and only) house-hunting trip to Phoenix. I was being relocated from Texas by my company and had one trip to find a place to live for my daughter and I. Meeting Dick was an "accident" meant-to-be. He was able to resolve virtually my entire problem in that one day. A few months after I purchased my house with Dick, he helped several of my relatives obtain their homes as well. Today, I work closely with Dick, my Realtor not as a residing buyer, but an Investor.

Not so long ago I found myself in the process of moving to the State of Washington and needed to sell my home, pronto. Luckily as I was shopping at the mall, I met Dick, my Realtor. I told him about my situation and that I needed to sell the property a.s.a.p. The main reason why I chose Dick as my Realtor was the instant rapport on our first encounter. He displayed traits of honesty, sincere interest, initiative, concern for me, the seller and promptness in the answering of my many questions towards the sale of my property. Right then and there, we set up an appointment for the following morning.
As you know, selling a home is quite the headache dealing with mass paperwork, open houses, advertisement, etc. He sold my property within 3 weeks of posting the property online, exposing the listing to many potential buyers. He accomplished this by; preparing open houses, pointed what needed to be done in and around the house, creating listing flyers, advertisement through MLS, posting signs, mailing post cards throughout the valley with a picture of my home, and as far as installing air fresheners… and more.
